
Mr Hemingway, originally from Dublin, has died aged 105.
Prince William and Prime Minister Keir Starmer paid tribute to John "Paddy" Hemingway, the last surviving Battle of Britain pilot, who died at the age of 105. Hemingway, originally from Dublin, was hailed for his courage and service in the RAF during World War II, including his role in the Battle of Britain and later D-Day operations.
