A Winnipeg family of seven was displaced after a fire at their home on Hathway Road on Saturday night. The fire, which occurred around 7:45 p.m., destroyed their possessions and left them without insurance. The fire department is investigating the cause, and the family has started a GoFundMe campaign. Fire call volumes have increased in Winnipeg.
