A 44-year-old man from Pembroke, Robert Schroeter, who works as a youth sports photographer, has been charged with exposing himself to a 7-year-old boy in the bathroom of the Starland Sports Complex in Hanover. The incident occurred on February 3, and Schroeter was identified through surveillance footage and public tips. He was arrested on February 14 and released on $5,000 cash bail with conditions, including no contact with the victim or witnesses, no unsupervised contact with children under 16, and staying away from the sports complex.
