This action follows the involvement of the company in a corruption case, where the Director General of the Ministry of Finance, Isa Rachmatarwata, is implicated, causing a loss of Rp16 trillion to the state. The company is mandated to cease operations, hold a shareholders' meeting to dissolve the company, and establish a liquidation team.
