A Delta Air Lines jet flipped over while landing in Toronto. All 80 aboard survived

At least 18 people were injured after a regional passenger jet operated by Delta Air Lines flipped upside down while landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport. All 80 aboard survived.

A Delta Air Lines regional jet, a CRJ-900 commuter plane, flipped over while landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport. All 80 passengers and crew on board survived, though at least 18 were injured, including two critically. The incident occurred when the flight, arriving from Minneapolis, crash-landed and flipped on the snowy runway, with its right wing sheared off. Airport emergency workers responded quickly, evacuating everyone, and the two runways remained closed for investigation. The crash follows a midair collision in Washington, D.C., that killed 67 people earlier in the month.
