A man charged with crashing into London police cruisers and carjacking a vehicle was involved in another crash three days later that seriously injured a man.
Perry Jacobs, 25, faces multiple charges after a stolen pickup truck he allegedly drove crashed into police cruisers and other vehicles in London on March 12, 2025. Three days later, while fleeing OPP, he allegedly crashed into another vehicle on Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, seriously injuring the 52-year-old driver. He is now charged by the SIU with dangerous driving causing bodily harm and failing to stop at the scene of an accident, in addition to existing charges related to the London incidents and a gas station break-in.
