However, Newcastle CEO Darren Eales has stated that the club has no intention of selling Isak, describing such a move as "crazy." Eales confirmed that Newcastle plans to negotiate a new contract with Isak, similar to recent deals with other key players. Isak has been in exceptional form this season, scoring 19 Premier League goals, second only to Erling Haaland and Mohamed Salah.
