An arrest warrant has been issued for Kyanoush Rezaei, a 33-year-old Ottawa man, who failed to appear in court for sentencing on weapons charges and removed his ankle monitor. Rezaei, described as a Middle Eastern man with long, dark hair, is sought by authorities.
