Assassin's Creed Shadows, set in 16th-century Japan with dual protagonists, is scheduled for release on March 20 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S/X. The game has leaked online, with physical copies reportedly sold on Facebook Marketplace and Reddit nearly a month ahead of its launch. The leaks include images of the game's installation screen and gameplay, with one image indicating an 85GB PS5 file size. Ubisoft has not commented on the leaks. The game, which features returning mission types like Animus Anomalies, has been delayed twice. Pre-orders for Assassin's Creed Shadows are reportedly strong, with Ubisoft stating they are in line with the successful launch of Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
