Authorities have announced arrest warrants for four people following the blaze.
A nightclub fire in Kocani, North Macedonia, killed 59 people and injured 155, including minors, with 22 in critical condition. The fire was likely caused by on-stage fireworks igniting the ceiling, which spread rapidly, made worse by the club operating without a license at double its capacity (over 500 people). Arrest warrants have been issued for four people. Many deaths resulted from a stampede as people tried to escape.
