Barclays apologises after customers unable to access online accounts

Some Barclays’ customers on social media have said they cannot pay bills or shop.



Barclays apologized after customers experienced issues accessing online and mobile banking services, preventing them from paying bills or transferring money. Nearly 1,000 outage reports were filed. Customers can still withdraw cash and use cards. The bank is working to resolve the issue. This follows similar IT disruptions in January.
