In Germany, the number of registered passenger cars increased by 240,000 in the past year, but Berlin and Hamburg saw a decrease of 11,000 and 2,500 cars, respectively. This marks the third consecutive year of decline in Hamburg. Electric vehicle registrations rose by 30.8% in February, though Tesla registrations fell by 76%.
