Donegal defeated Derry 1-22 to 1-19 after a late comeback, overcoming an eight-point deficit with a 1-6 surge in the final ten minutes. Shane O'Donnell's 64th-minute goal sparked the turnaround. Conor Glass scored Derry's goal in the 43rd minute, but Donegal's Daire Ó Baoill was named Man of the Match. The game was played at Fr Tierney Park in memory of Rory Gallagher and Owen Roe O'Neill.
