The bodies of the Brit woman and her son were discovered at their home in Alhaurin el Grande, a half-hour drive inland from the Costa del Sol resort of Fuengirola
Two incidents involving British elderly individuals in Spain have been reported. In Alhaurin el Grande, a 90-year-old woman and her 63-year-old son were found dead at their home. Police suspect the woman starved to death, while the son died of natural causes, with no foul play suspected. In San Fulgencio, an 82-year-old man and a 74-year-old woman, described as friends, were found dead, with authorities also ruling out foul play.
