Calgary's warm spell to end as strong winds and snow move in

Looking further ahead, warmer conditions should return as March progresses

Calgary's warm spell ended Sunday with strong winds and expected overnight snowfall of 2-5 cm. A brief respite with warmer conditions is expected early in the week, followed by more snow Wednesday night and a temperature drop. Warmer conditions are expected to return later in March. High winds caused a semi-truck rollover near Crowsnest Pass. Snowfall warnings are in effect west of the city.
