In 2024, Canadian farmland values increased by 9.3%, a slower growth rate compared to 11.5% in 2023 and 12.8% in 2022, according to Farm Credit Canada. Saskatchewan led with a 13.1% increase, followed by British Columbia at 11.3%. Lower crop prices and trade disruptions could further impact farmland values, though declining interest rates may offer some support.
