In a city where good roasts are hard to find, this Dublin 2 bar is worth a walk-in
Caribou is a hip Dublin 2 bar, not a restaurant, from the owners of several other bars (Impala, Bonobo, Kodiak, Jackal). It's a redesigned space, formerly P Macs, now with a warm and bright atmosphere and walk-in only service. Although the bar offers roasts, other menu items, like the "bites" and other plates, may be better.
