Oren’s harissa bloody mary is a smoky twist on the classic Bloody Mary, using house-made burnt harissa instead of Tabasco. The recipe includes scorching red chillies, blending them with garlic, salt, and olive oil to create the harissa. The drink combines vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, celery salt, and the burnt harissa, served in a highball glass garnished with a skewer of guindilla chilli, pickled cauliflower, and an olive.
