Alliance Party, along with Sinn Féin, will not travel to White House in Washington for St Patrick’s visit
The Alliance Party's Naomi Long has criticized the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) for their support of Donald Trump, calling it "embarrassing and dangerous" for Northern Ireland. The Alliance Party, along with Sinn Féin, will boycott the White House St. Patrick's Day visit in protest of Trump's policies and actions. Long also accused the DUP of spreading false narratives and criticized their stance on recruitment to the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
