The City of Zagreb is offering financial support to small and medium businesses to purchase equipment for reducing food waste, as part of a 6 million euro program aimed at enhancing competitiveness and promoting sustainable business practices. Eligible businesses can apply for up to 70% of costs, capped at 20,000 euros, with a deadline of October 31st or until funds are exhausted. The city is also consulting the public to refine the program, ensuring it effectively supports sustainable growth.
