According to Rashid Khalidi, Columbia University, acting more like a business empire than an educational institution, has silenced protesting students and faculty under the guise of combating antisemitism, while the real aim was to suppress pro-Palestine voices. The author contends this action protects the false narrative justifying Israel's actions in Gaza and reflects a racist dehumanization of Palestinians.
