Dublin barman claimed he was mugged for bank card used to filter €7,600 of stolen cash

Dublin barman Ben McGuigan pleaded guilty to possessing €7,600 in stolen funds transferred from a Donegal fraud victim's account. McGuigan claimed his bank card was stolen, initially stating he lost it, then later reporting a mugging where he was forced to reveal his PIN. He claims he didn't profit and feared reporting the mugging.
