Dublin’s Jervis Shopping Centre to be put up for sale with €120m price tag

Retail scheme was developed on site of former Jervis Street Hospital in city centre in 1990s



Dublin's Jervis Shopping Centre is being put up for sale for approximately €120 million. The 35,766 sq m centre, developed in the early 1990s on the site of the former Jervis Street Hospital, houses over 90 retailers. Eastdil Secured and Savills have been appointed to find a buyer. The centre was refinanced in 2017 with a €155 million loan, but recently lost New Look as a tenant.
