DXP Enterprises reported fiscal year 2024 sales of $1.8 billion, up 7.4% from 2023, with GAAP diluted EPS of $4.22 and adjusted EBITDA of $191.3 million. Net income was $70.5 million. They refinanced debt, repurchased shares, remediated material weaknesses, and completed seven acquisitions. Fourth quarter sales were $470.9 million with diluted EPS of $1.29 and adjusted EBITDA of $50.3 million.
