E3 Lithium Finalizes the Contribution Agreement from the Critical Minerals Infrastructure Fund
E3 Lithium finalized a Contribution Agreement to receive $4.397625 million in non-repayable funding from the Critical Minerals Infrastructure Fund (CMIF) to support preconstruction work on infrastructure for the Clearwater Project. This funding, reimbursing 50% of eligible expenditures, will advance the Clearwater Project and aligns with the Canadian Critical Minerals Strategy. E3 Lithium has secured approximately $41.9 million CAD in funding support from both the Provincial and Federal governments since 2017.
