The European Union has called on all political actors in Bosnia and Herzegovina to refrain from provocative rhetoric and actions that create divisions, emphasizing the need to respect court decisions and recognize the independence and impartiality of the judiciary. This statement came in response to the recent controversial court ruling against Srpska entity President Milorad Dodik, who was sentenced to one year in prison and six years of political ineligibility. The EU also warned Serbia, urging it to adhere to the principles of the rule of law and respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
