If you're one of the eager fans who managed to nab tickets to one of the first spate of concerts taking place at Toronto's brand new Rogers Stadium, you can now look forward to also receiving a free ride home from the venue on public transit.While revealing the newly completed, 50,000-person outdoor venue on Thursday, officials announced that all TTC and GO rides from the YZD (formerly Downsview Airport) property will be free of charge for the season.Mayor Olivia Chow said that the move, in partnership with Live Nation, should help ease local traffic congestion after such massive acts as Oasis and Coldplay, and ensure attendees get home safely.
