The FDA has revoked Aveo Pharmaceuticals' GMP certification due to allegations of opioid smuggling. Aveo, an Indian manufacturer, was found to have exported unapproved opioid drugs, containing tapentadol and carisoprodol, to West Africa via Westfin International.
