Federal authorities are searching for Eugene Henley Jr., a leader of the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips, charged with federal crimes including murder, human trafficking, extortion, and drug trafficking. Henley allegedly ran a criminal enterprise called the "Big U Enterprise" and misused his anti-gang charity. He is suspected of killing a rapper who recorded a defamatory song about him. Ten other gang members were arrested, while Henley and two others remain fugitives.
