A federal judge reinstated a National Labor Relations Board member, Gwynne Wilcox, after ruling that President Trump illegally fired her. The judge stated the president's removal power is not absolute and that current law supports Wilcox remaining in her role, despite the Trump administration's appeal. Wilcox's lawyers argued that NLRB members can only be fired for neglect of duty or malfeasance.
