Fifth person in court accused of murder of woman shot dead in South Wales

Jordan Mills-Smith, 32, from Pentwyn, Cardiff, appeared before Merthyr Magistrates’ Court on Monday.



Jordan Mills-Smith, 32, appeared in court as the fifth person charged with the murder of Joanne Penney, 40, who was shot in Talbot Green, South Wales on March 9. Mills-Smith was remanded into custody to appear with the other four defendants at Cardiff Crown Court. The other four defendants are Marcus Huntley, Melissa Quailey-Dashper, Joshua Gordon, and Tony Porter.
