Alison Lawrence, a 57-year-old Florida woman, was arrested after allegedly drowning her 9-year-old miniature schnauzer, Tywinn, in an Orlando International Airport bathroom on December 16, 2024, after being informed she lacked proper paperwork to bring the dog on her flight to Colombia. A janitor discovered the dog's body in a trash bag, and police identified Lawrence through tags and surveillance footage. She posted a $5,000 bond and faces animal cruelty charges.
