French investigators are searching for additional victims of a surgeon on trial for sexually assaulting 299 patients, mostly children, after he admitted to all charges. A new investigation was launched to identify victims mentioned in the surgeon's writings, which include "My paedophile letters." The admission came after 10 days of testimony from victims abused between 1989 and 2014 while under anaesthesia or recovering from operations.
