Furious Zelensky warns he will never accept Putin's 'ultimatums' as he lashes out at US

President Zelensky said in Turkey today that while Ukraine wants the war to end, 'we want it to be fair and that no one decides anything behind our backs.'

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has firmly rejected any acceptance of Vladimir Putin's 'ultimatums,' emphasizing Ukraine's consistent refusal of Moscow's demands since the war's outset. He criticized the recent US-Russia peace talks in Saudi Arabia for excluding Ukraine, asserting that any decisions made without his country's involvement are unacceptable. Zelenskyy also canceled his planned visit to Saudi Arabia. The US and Russia held extensive discussions in Riyadh, with the Kremlin describing the talks as successful, though they sparked frustration in Ukraine and Europe. Zelenskyy stressed the necessity for European countries, including Turkey, to be involved in any peace negotiations, expressing concerns that the US might make concessions detrimental to Ukraine's interests.
