FWD Insurance and Prestasi Junior Indonesia (PJI) have expanded their JA SparktheDream program, targeting 2,000 students in junior high schools across various regions, including new areas like Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Semarang. Since its launch in 2023, the program has reached over 3,700 students with the support of hundreds of volunteers. Rudy F Manik, Chief Human Resources & Marketing Officer of FWD Insurance, emphasized the importance of financial literacy for students, highlighting the program's growing reach and the increasing enthusiasm of participants, some of whom have achieved success in international competitions.
