
One of the couple's staffers is seen trying to coax the distressed animal towards them shortly after the bodies of Gene Hackman, 95, and Betsy Arakawa, 65, were found.
Gene Hackman, 95, and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, 65, were found dead at their Santa Fe, New Mexico home on February 26th. Bodycam footage shows one of their dogs running around the garden in a panic on the day their bodies were discovered. Another dog was found dead from dehydration and starvation, locked in a crate. Police believe Hackman died around February 18th from severe heart disease, with Alzheimer’s as a contributing factor.
