Generația Z și AI schimbă piața muncii în 2025. Ce modificări esențiale trebuie să facă angajatorii
A study by eJobs Romania highlights significant changes in the Romanian job market in 2025, driven by Generation Z and AI. Generation Z, comprising a third of new candidates in 2024, is a major force. AI is transforming the job market, with 30% of jobs expected to be automated by 2035, though Romania lags in adopting these technologies. The job market remains dynamic, with 292,000 job postings in 2024 and 35,000 new opportunities in early 2025. Remote work is declining, and salary transparency is becoming a priority for employers. IT and entry-level roles are less sought after, while retail, services, food industry, and call centers are leading sectors. Bogdan Badea, CEO of eJobs Romania, emphasizes that 2025 is a year of adaptation, with employers investing in employee development and new technologies gaining a competitive edge. The Swiss-Romanian Chamber of Commerce supports economic relations and business development.
