Louise Palmisano’s parent’s said their daughter was ‘the sweetest, kindest, and most generous little girl’.
A three-year-old girl, Louisa (Lulu) Palmisano, was killed in a crash between a van and a tram in Manchester. The driver of the van fled the scene but was later arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. Lulu’s parents described her as “the sweetest, kindest, and most generous little girl.” The collision occurred on Saturday morning on Mosley Street, forcing the van onto the pavement, where it struck a pedestrian. The driver has been brought into custody.
