In a new episode of the Channel 4 show, Kevin McCloud reunited with Graeme and Melanie, from East London, who appeared in the 2023 season.
Kevin McCloud revisited the "most heartbreaking house" from a previous season of Grand Designs, where Graeme and Melanie were building a three-bedroom house on a garage plot in Hackney. The couple, who appeared in the 2023 season, had run out of money and faced selling the unfinished property. Two years later, Kevin confirms the house has been completed. Graeme and Melanie, who created a new family from two families after both daughters lost a parent, viewed the house as symbolic.
