Carnappers stole a Toyota Land Cruiser in San Fernando City, Pampanga while the owner waited for a car wash. Police apprehended the suspects on Jose Abad Santos Avenue after they got stuck in heavy traffic. The suspects claimed to be working for a financing group but lacked proper identification.
