Home office v Európe dominuje. Tlaku zamestnávateľov najviac odolávajú muži, ukázal prieskum
A study by Eurofound reveals that men are more resistant to returning to offices than women. The hybrid work model dominates, with 44% of employees utilizing it, while in-person work increased by 5% from the previous year. Remote work decreased by nearly half between 2022 and 2024. Countries like the Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, and Germany show higher remote work adoption, whereas Southern European countries have lower rates. The UK, not part of the study, reports 41% of adults working remotely. Men are more likely to work remotely than women in most EU countries. Cyprus has the lowest remote work rate, while the Netherlands leads with 83% of men and 72% of women working remotely. Most employees prefer some remote work, with a third wanting to work from home a few times weekly, and 24% preferring full remote work by 2024. The hybrid model is effective for talent attraction and retention, with positive employee feedback.
