The pub has been slated in some recent reviews by unhappy customers, I decided to go and take a look for myself
Tom Burnett from the Manchester Evening News visited the Mardi Gras Wetherspoons in the Trafford Centre to assess its quality, after it received negative reviews. He found the decor themed to New Orleans, but noted similarities to other Wetherspoons pubs. He tried the double classic beef burger and a pint of Stella, finding the food and service similar to other locations, but with higher prices typical of shopping centres. He concluded that it provides a standard Wetherspoons experience in a shopping centre.
