If Jack Crowley leaves Ireland, the IRFU won’t make the same exception they did with Johnny Sexton

The IRFU is unlikely to offer Jack Crowley the same contract exception they made for Johnny Sexton if he considers leaving Ireland. While Crowley's current achievements are less than O'Gara's and Sexton's at a similar age, his team context is different. Both O'Gara and O'Driscoll received offers from French clubs but ultimately stayed in Ireland. Crowley faces a significantly larger offer from Leicester than what's currently on the table from Munster and the IRFU. Crowley's current standing in the Irish team is less secure, impacting his leverage in negotiations.
