Immigration detains 378 undocumented migrants from four African countries

The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has detained 378 undocumented migrants from four African countries involved in fraudulent activities in Ogun State. The Comptroller General of Immigration, Kemi Nandap, ordered legal procedures for their deportation. This action is part of heightened efforts by Nigerian security agencies to combat illegal immigration. Recently, 40 more illegal immigrants were apprehended in Oyo State, and a total of 828 have been deported nationwide in an ongoing exercise.
