St. Clair is also known for her association with Trump allies and controversial figures like disgraced former congressman George Santos. She resides in a luxury Manhattan apartment and has two children: one with her ex-boyfriend, chiropractor Dr. Johnny Alexander, and another whom she claims is Elon Musk's child.
