Irish restaurant charge Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary with ‘priority seating’ fee

The airline exec saw almost €40 added to his bill

An Irish restaurant, Luvida in Navan, Co Meath, jokingly charged Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary extra fees for "extra leg space," "priority booth seating," and a "quiet reservation area" on his food bill, mirroring Ryanair's extra charges. O'Leary dined at the restaurant, ordered various dishes and a bottle of wine, and posed for a photo with staff. The restaurant manager said that while O'Leary wasn't charged the extra fees this time, they might be applied on future visits.
