Jannik Sinner, the world No. 1 tennis player from Italy, has agreed to a three-month ban from February 9 to May 4 after testing positive for clostebol. Sinner attributed the substance to his support team via massages and sports therapy. WADA's Ross Wenzel stated the case was "a million miles away from doping," emphasizing it wasn't intentional. Initially cleared by an independent tribunal, WADA appealed, leading to the ban. Sinner can participate in the Italian Open after his ban ends.
