Jeremiah Azu of Great Britain won the 60m gold at the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Nanjing, adding to his recent European title. He finished with a time of 6.49 seconds, narrowly beating Australia's Lachlan Kennedy. Georgia Hunter Bell qualified for the 1500m final, while Jakob Ingebrigtsen advanced to the 1500m final and aims for double gold. Other gold medalists included Woo Sang-hyeok, Sarah Mitton, and Saga Vanninen.
