Key evidence against 'orgasmic meditation' cult leaders was fake, prosecution admits as case teeters on the brink of collapse

A federal indictment against two former leaders of an 'orgasmic meditation cult' could be thrown out after the prosecution were forced to admit key evidence could have been fabricated for Netflix.

Key evidence in the federal case against 'orgasmic meditation' cult leaders Rachel Cherwitz and Nicole Daedone has been admitted by the prosecution to be potentially fabricated. The admission concerns journals by former worker Ayries Blanck, who appeared in a Netflix documentary about the case, and could lead to the case's collapse. OneTaste has sued Netflix for defamation, and Daedone and Cherwitz also sued the BBC over the accusations.
