La ministre de la Santé souhaite s’attaquer à la manne financière que constitue le trafic de drogue dont le chiffre d’affaires annuel représente entre 3,5 et 6 milliards d’euros.
The French government aims to collect social security contributions on income from drug trafficking and the parallel economy, potentially through existing or new legislation. They also plan to recover unduly received RSA benefits from individuals with illicit income and to increase penalties for tax offenses committed by organized crime groups. Furthermore, measures are being considered to sanction RSA recipients for non-compliance with weekly activity requirements.
